Where Tigers Roam is a documentary film following the recent efforts of Russia, China, and South Korea on their mission to prevent the Siberian tiger from going extinct:  ground-breaking cross-border cooperation and changing government policies and priorities as seen through the prism of heroes who work every day to prevent the extinction of a species that has been an enduring symbol to the people and cultures of Northeast Asia for many millennia.
